Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998
This consolidation has been prepared by the CASA Office of Legal Counsel for information purposes only. It is not an official version of the legislation. This consolidation includes all amendments made up until and including 8 December 2004. It is the first edition of the renamed Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 (CASR). Each Part is separately page numbered to facilitate the inclusion of new pages when each new part is made. This issue incorporates all amendments made by the following Statutory Rules: 1998 No. 237, 1999 Nos. 166, 262; 2000 No. 7, 204 (Part 47 of the Regulations in Item [7] to Schedule 2 disallowed by the Senate on 8 November 2000), 227; 2001 No. 34, 242, 349; 2002 Nos. 79, 167, 266, 268, 320, 321, 349, 350; 2003 Nos. 58, 75, 189, 232, 240, 297, 365; 2004 Nos. 4 and 134, 216, 222, 230, 345 The text will be updated as necessary, to ensure that it accurately reflects the current Regulations.
