(6) Fill the container with water so that end of the adapter hose (14) is under water. (7) Install the test manifold (3) to the drain valve (17) of the reservoir (16). ____ NOTE : Make sure that the gage (1) of the test manifold (3) is correctly calibrated. (8) Connect the FILL UNIT - AIR (98D29003501000) (10) to the gas-charging valve (5). ____ NOTE : If the FILL UNIT - AIR (98D29003501000) is not available, you can use an alternative air supply. The supply must have a pressure of 7.0 bar (101.5263 psi) and it must have a filter. The rating of the filter must be 5 microns or better. (9) Open the gas-charging valve (5). (10) Slowly increase the pressure until you read 4.8 bar (69.6180 psi) on the gage (1). (11) Make sure that no air bubbles come out of the adapter hose (14) and the air supply line (20). (a) If air bubbles come out of the line end of the air supply line (20) during this test: - Replace the reservoir pressure check valve (3388GM) (Ref. TASK 29-14-18-000-001) and (Ref. TASK 29-14-18-400-001). (12) Slowly increase the pressure until air bubbles come out of the adapter hose (14). (13) Monitor and record this pressure value. The pressure value must be between 5.1 bar (73.9692 psi) and 5.5 bar (79.7707 psi). (a) If the pressure value is not in this range: - Replace the air relief valve (3005GM) (Ref. TASK 29-14-17-000003) and (Ref. TASK 29-14-17-400-003). (14) Compare the pressure value on the gage (1) of the test manifold (3) with the pressure value of the reservoir pressure gage (11). (a) If the pressure gage of the reservoir shows a different value: - Replace the reservoir pressure gage (3383GM) (Ref. TASK 29-1341-000-002) and (Ref. TASK 29-13-41-400-002).
