Furnish a “Certificate of Compliance” attesting the above parts/materials are manufactured in accordance with and meet the requirements of the drawings/specifications as evidenced by inspection/test. This certificate must accompany each shipment. Furnish a “Certificate of Compliance” attesting the above parts/materials are manufactured in accordance with and meet the requirements of Gulfstream Aerospace “approved” drawings/models/specifications as evidenced by inspection/test. This certificate must accompany each shipment. Repaired/Rebuilt/Overhauled/Inspected/Tested or modified products returned to Gulfstream shall be accompanied by a repair report that includes: Actions taken, parts replaced & inspection/test results. This report must reflect the approved data used. Gulfstream Aerospace, industry or military standards or specifications invoked in applicable drawings and/or specifications and/or listed in the invitation to quote, will apply to all services and supplies to be furnished under this procurement agreement. Revisions in effect as of the date of purchase order apply. Other revision of specifications shall not apply to the work under a resulting purchase order unless accompanied by an engineering order or purchase order amendment. INACTIVE – Do not use (A) Identification shall be in accordance with the applicable engineering documents. Identification shall include but not be limited to the following: 1) Part identification number as shown on the engineering document and/or purchase order. 2) Part revision/modification/configuration level if required by engineering drawing. Must be included on certification documents. 3) Manufacturing date. 4) TSO, PMA, Cage Code data as applicable 5) Serial number, lot, batch and/or heat number (if applicable). Must be included on certification documents. 6) Aircraft control number as applicable by contract requirement. NOTE: If identification method is not defined in the Gulfstream Engineering documents, identification method shall be in accordance with the above and GAMPS 1105 or GAMPS 1106 and the specific subclass as applicable. UNLESS: (B) The product to be identified is made to a “Manufacturing Part Number” in accordance with the purchase order requirements. This could include additional numeric or alpha-numbers in addition to the engineering number.
