ENR 1.3-1 ENR 1.3 INSTRUMENT FLIGHT RULES
1. 航空器在仪表气象条件(低于 ENR 1.2 目视气象条件)下飞行，云层、云上目视气象 条件下飞行，高度 6 000 米以上飞行，都必须 按照仪表飞行的规定飞行。
