GEN 4. CHARGES FOR AERODROMES AND AIR NAVIGATION SERVICES
GEN 4.1 AERODROMES CHARGES
Charges are applicable to aerodromes within the territory of the People’ Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong Special s Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan province).

Nighttime operation surcharge

An additional 25 percent of the landing and take-off charges is levied for aircraft operating between 15:00-22:00 (UTC).

高峰时刻附加费 1.3 Peak hour surcharge 在北京/首都、上海/虹桥、上海 /浦东和 U.S. dollar 100 is levied for each landing or take-off in peak hours
between 01:00-09:00(UTC) at BEIJING/Capital, SHANGHAI/ Hongqiao, aerodromes. SHANGHAI/Pudong and GUANGZHOU/Baiyun

广州/白云机场 01:00-09:00（UTC）期间起降 的航空器，每起飞或降落一次收取 100 美元。

灯光费 按起降费标准的 10％计收。

Lighting charges

10 percent of the landing and take-off charges is levied for aircraft using night landing facilities.
