1. 1.1 总则 本规定适用于在三亚责任区海洋低空

These provisions are applicable to aircraft operating in

the Oceanic Low-level Airspace in the Sanya AOR. Only the required flight information service and alerting service are provided to aircraft in this airspace according to the pertinent International Standards and Recommended Practices contained in the Convention on International Civil Aviation and its Annexes. Maintaining safe separation with other aircraft or obstacles is the responsibility of the pilot of the aircraft when aircraft are operating in this airspace.

surface shall be 1013.2 Hectopascals (standard atmospheric pressure).

三亚责任区海洋低空空域水平范围为： N1930 E11130 - N1823 E11230 - N1640 E11400 - N1430 E11400 - N1430 E11200 N1600 E1101734 - N1740 E10826 - N1740 E10940 - N1930 E11130 连线范围。垂直范围 为：13 000 英尺（4 000 米）及以下，其中限 制区和危险区除外。 3. 飞行规则
The lateral limits of the Oceanic Low-level Airspace in the Sanya AOR is delineated by connecting the following geographical coordinates: N1930 E11130; N1823 E11230; N1640 E11400; N1430 E11400; N1430 E11200; N1600 E1101734; N1740 E10826; N1740 E10940; N1930 E11130. The vertical limits is 13,000 feet (4 000 meters) and below except for restricted areas and danger areas.

Flight rules
3.1 三亚责任区海洋低空空域内按仪表飞 行规则（IFR）飞行的航空器，其巡航高度层 应当按照国际民用航空公约附件二规定的仪 表飞行规则巡航高度层配备。

The cruising level of aircraft operating in the Oceanic
Low-level Airspace in the Sanya AOR under instrument flight rules (IFR) shall be allotted according to instrument flight rules specified in Annex 2 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation.

the Oceanic Low-level Airspace in the Sanya AOR.
